Chick-Fil-A fallout regarding the charities it has been funding over the years through its foundation and the ones they decided to discontinue funding recently has caused a big uproar that some people decided to pull the curtain" and show us all that the CFA Foundation has been trying to support both sides of the worldview aisle. Well there is a price to pay if you are double minded in this day and age. With a progressive left so desperate to depose the Christian worldview in America it should come to no surprise that hiring a person who not only active in the Democratic Party and is in support of several Democrat candidates (not saying the Republican Party is better just calling the skunk A SKUNK) but also supporting the many progressive causes that todays Democrat party (and the elite of the Republican Party) is for.
If you call yourself a Christian and a Christian businessman and you hire someone that holds a very different worldview than yours; do you really think that person is going to honor your values? Not if they go by Saul Alinksys

Dan Cathy is a fool and a fool for bringing someone on that does hold his Christian Worldview...not necessarily in lock step but at least is mostly in agreement with the Cathy family and their Christian Worldview. Now they are in damage control and it did not have to been this way.
Daniel Greenfield who writes for
David Horowitzs Freedom Center and Frontpage.org has uncovered the personal donations of Rodney D. Bullard. Although he has served in the Bush Administration as an Assistant US Attorney; Bullards personal donations went to the election campaigns of former President of the United States; Barack Obama and Democratic Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. While Bullard might have sat on the various boards of The Salvation Army and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes; he simply did not have the heart of charity but that of Corporate Social Responsibility (or CSR). Just another way of advocating Social Justice or as I like to call it Socialist Justice. TSA and FCA were firm in pushing back on any fundamental transformation of their respected organizations. Meanwhile to quote Greenfield regarding CSR it is about; virtue signaling by capitalists to anti-capitalists."
Unlike charity corporate social responsibility isnt about helping people but ticking off ideological and identity politics boxes like diversity and the environment. If people accidentally get helped in the process of helping a corporation signal its membership in the politically correct creed that cant be helped.
Looking at the books of the CFA Foundation they have been increasingly supporting many progressive causes along with certain conservative and Christian causes over the years but now the CFA Foundation has begun shun those very conservative and Biblical minded causes and groups.
The biggest benefactor of the CFA Foundation right now is Atlantas Westside Future Fund which part of the Atlanta Committee for Progress. It has received $1.7 Million from the CFAF. Other left leaning to hard leftist causes supported by the CFAF include UNICEF ($25000) Saris to Suits ($10000) Latino Leaders Network ($20000) King Center for Nonviolent Social Change ($45000) the Andrew Young Foundation (named after Jimmy Carters Ambassador to the UN received $75000) and what has become a deal breaker with many conservatives and people of faith is a $2500 contribution to the Southern Poverty Law Center which uses its money and power to make people companies and organizations to submit to the progressive agenda or be labeled as a hate group.
Expect the CFA Foundation to continue if not increase its support for Covenant House International which has a smaller reach than the Salvation Army has...but so be it. At least they support LGBTQ causes and partake in the New York City Pride Parade. It has also been reported that CHI takes pregnant girls to abortion clinics as well. To top it off the founder of CHI was himself a convicted pedophile masquerading as a Catholic Priest.
It seems to me that the CFA Foundation is bound and determined to become the new Ford Foundation of sorts. The Ford Foundation was founded by Henry Ford and his wife Edsel and over time while they kept the Ford name they no longer have any ties to the Ford Motor Company. The Ford Foundation has been funding many progressive groups and causes over the years. If Cathy is smart and wants to honor the legacy of his father S. Truett he should not only cut ties with the CFA Foundation but strongly demand that they no longer use his companys likeness nor should they use the likeness of his family. If Cathy doesnt do any self-correction now that these revelations have come out then and only then should Conservatives and Biblical minded Christians boycott this once trusted brand.
Maybe KFC and Popeyes should good right about now…even the other places that sell chicken sandwiches but not their focus.
This is the price you pay for allowing a Fox to watch the chicken house and the private foundation house.
Leftist radicals have been smart at targeting private foundations for take over and using them to advance their radicalism. Cathy better learn this quick or he will be another victim in the progressives long game of enriching themselves trying to equal or better God as they enslave the serfs.
