Writers Note: I wrote this piece originally in May. With Noah ODonnell starting her new evening gig with CBS News this week I think I would break out this old piece and update it just a bit.
The Great Mark Levin has added new terms to the universal conservative lexicon that need to be used by all conservatives in the years to come especially in America. Both deal with the Mainstream Establishment Legacy News Media. One is the Unfree Press" and the other is the Democratic Party Press." the top two on camera women of the moment at CBS News do not fail to point out why they along with many other household outlets deserve to be stuck to the wall with the term Democratic Party Press" written all over them. This would be a great time to buy Mark Levins brand new New York Times bestselling book (much to the publications dismay)

Meet Gayle King and Norah ODonnell. For most of its run King and ODonnell were the women of the breakfast show CBS This Morning. ODonnell joined the show in September 2012 while King was on the current incarnation of This Morning right from the start on January 9 2012 (not counting the previous titled show from 1987-1999). King along with her morning duties at CBS News is also is an editor at large for Oprah Winfreys O Magazine while ODonnell was a White House Correspondent for NBC becoming chief correspondent for MSNBC and later CBS News before she was able to secure the morning anchor position at CBS News. Now ODonnell has the anchor seat on the flagship newscast the CBS Evening News. The third woman (including Connie Chung who was a brief co-anchor with Dan Rather) to anchor the flagship newscast of CBS News. Right out of the gate she said that Trump attacked four Democrat women of color.
So what is the game plan? Is this part of appeasing the #MeTo feminists especially with the downfall of CBS News and PBS personality Charlie Rose or just appealing to a female demo? I say a little of both and neither for the time being.
One thing for sure both women are advocates of the progressive cause and do anything to help the Democratic Party win elections. Levin is not calling them the Democratic Party Press" for nothing.
In spite of a stint at the now defunct conservative leaning news outlet National Empowerment Television (also known as NET) ODonnell is a firebrand progressive through and through. The Media Research Center
points out her recent remarks and actions including linking President Donald Trump to the Pittsburgh synagogue shooter calling Vice President Mike Pence an Elf on a Shelf" Asking Senator Jeff Flake (a RINO) if President Trump is going to be removed from office and asking soft questions to presidential candidate Elizabeth Warren. I will give credit to ODonnell for admitting her bias on the last one. I dont want to go into the her thing on air with the now disgraced Charlie Rose but if you have to see that video...
here it is.
Gayle King is even worse;
she is close friends with United States Senator Corey Booker of New Jersey and CBS News just said; no big deal Miss King can interview Senator Booker. The people who watch us are just dumb and even if they know where we sit before we stand they are dumb anyway. It is also documented that King made fiscal contributions to Barack Obama Harold Ford Jr. (who was once a Democrat congressman from Memphis) other Democratic candidates and the DNC itself. It also seems that King is just as tight with the Obamas as she is with Senator Booker.
Democratic Party Press truly does stick with these two media sirens but that is not all.
Their is yet ANOTHER woman behind the scenes pulling the strings. After turning down the job in 2011 Susan Zirinsky has now become the first female President and Senior Executive Producer of CBS News and only the second woman to head a broadcast news division in America. It seems that the CBS News body is happy with her and have welcomed her with open arms. Zirinsky worked with key household names at CBS News including Dan Rather Ed Bradley and the iconic Lesley Stahl. Fun Fact; the 1987 movie
Broadcast News was based on Zirinskys real life tenure at the Washington Bureau of CBS News in the early 1980s.
In an article written by Brian Steinberg of Variety; ODonnell says that the upcoming presidential election in 2020 will be the most consequential" one in her lifetime and a critical moment in journalism or so it seems. Journalism is under attack. Civility is under attack. Trust is under attack" or so says ODonnell. We have to fix that not only with great reporting but with trust in the news and trust in our brand."
How do you do that? Well it seems that CBS News is elevating women to higher places and while that might be great for the bragging rights it still does not change the fact that CBS News has and likely always will be holding water for the Democratic Party and Progressive Causes...and that includes its glory days of Walter Cronkite in the anchor chair. You want me to trust CBS News? OK here my short and open letter to the Ladies of CBS News.
Oh Great Ladies of Journalism at CBS News: Admit your bias admit that you are progressive advocates and that you are carrying out the agenda of the Democratic Party. Or just try to be objective as you can. Otherwise your just a bunch of sirens trying to put us into a trance with your reporting with a gleam in your eyes."
And the Dirty Laundry against those who want to salvage Liberty and Freedom continues...and not just Donald Trump.
If I was Jeff Glor (who lost the evening anchor job to ODonnell) I would defiantly be looking around for another gig outside of CBS News. Even Fox News would not be out of the question. Look at John Roberts...he got the Chief White House Correspondent job with FNC. I take him over CNNs piece of work...you figure it out. Does not mean I am Roberts #1 fan...I am not. Dont get me started on FNCs #1 token leftist in the 3 p.m. Eastern/12 p.m. Pacific time slot.

cue Beyonce. Its garbage like that which is driving me towards Jazz and Metal more and more.
