RESOLVED: In seeking the restoration of our religious and civil liberties the strategy is critical to ensuring the legitimacy behind our cause is just. For 227 years our republic lived as the most diverse and harmonious despite at times deep social divisions and mistrust. America could once count on the scales of justice to broker a peace through civil litigation even if the compromise was logically imperfect. But as the abuse of tort law expanded into first militancy organized and funded by government and now judicial legislative fiat contrary to the Constitution we no longer have recourse but to engage in a popular Machiavellian rebellion. It is right therefore to rebel because the shift in the status quo has consolidated into the hands of a plutocratic oligarchy mobilizing collectivized evil without popular legitimacy.
The past week witnessed the death of constitutional law by the United States Supreme Court the corrupt bargainers sale of American sovereignty through the Trans-Pacific Partnership without a transparent definition of what it is and the failure of our elected representation in Congress to oppose more frequent executive breaches in power to deter what the General Will do not support. In light of the European Unions pending collapse once Greece exits the eurozone upon default of its national debt an unprecedented global economic calamity stands to affect our own exceeding today 105 percent debt-to-GDP. As the dollar is in full deflation war pending with Russia and China and the final conflict in the Middle East with the Islamic State (ISIS) our gravest threat is not our foreign foes but the elected political class. What will topple America finally is the collapse of the Federal Reserve rendering us the final realization of the Cloward-Piven strategy.
Chief Justice John Roberts opined in King v. Burwell the words of the law have no meaning the Constitution irrelevant due to a democratic foundation as its legitimacy asserting the collective few take priority over the injured majority. The First Amendments guarantee of religious freedom was dissolved by judicial legislative fiat of unelected officials. Our right to choose where to live who to hire and serve or decline conducting business are subverted with the provision any American is liable of discrimination under suspicion of animus. Some Democrats demand resegregation based on race to impose slavery reparations on white Americans while the president coerces free people to live alongside those fully intending to kill them. And amid our losses of liberty and legal protections Christians and Jews face persecution in public schools and universities sanctioned by professors collegiate administrators and even lawmakers siding with Islamic terror-linked organizations and the LGBT community.
Americas struggle is diffused abroad. The Obama administration under former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton launched the Arab Spring with aid from complicit Republican lawmakers and the Muslim Brotherhood. Millions of Christians Jews and ethnic minorities will be brutally slaughtered under the Obama directives to the CIA alongside NATO Hamas and Hezbollah inside Jordan near the Golan Heights the Sinai Peninsula and Libya to train those who toppled Egypts Hosni Mubarak and Libyas Muammar Gaddafi in Libya later to form ISIS. The president alongside fellow Islamic State abettor Recep Tayyip Erdogan president of Turkey and NATO ally Saudi Arabia Qatar and Al-Qaeda through the creation of Boko Haram through the William J. Clinton Foundation have turned America into human historys most powerful state sponsor of terror abroad and now domestically. The president and Mrs. Clinton politically-isolated our ally Israel endangering Gods childrens birthright to inhabit the Promised Land according to the Book of Isaiah on an unprecedented scale.
In Ukraine the struggle is reaching climatic proportions. An unnecessary war due to the Obama administrations role in toppling a legitimate government was exacerbated when Vice President Joe Biden secured Americas stake in the hiring of son Hunter Biden as Director of Burisma Holdings the largest private oil firm in Ukraine reliant on Russian oil for it and Western Europes supply through their pipeline. In aiding the conflict between Ukrainian forces and the Russian military President Obama ordered UN Amb. Samantha Power to oppose a resolution prohibiting consenting nations from aiding and abetting Nazi-linked political parties and militiae. Today Neo Nazis are waging war against not just Russia but in purging the Ukrainian Jewry seeking refuge in Christian camps providing humanitarian aid. In supporting Neo Nazis through arms and funds from George Soros to the administrations alliance with the Muslim Brotherhood the United States of America is by proxy of the Obama administrations inhumane war crimes the most evil empire history is recording.
Through congressional apathy and corrupted legislative complicity by the High Courts failure to interpret original constitutionality and through the pending devolution of the rule of law separate for Muslims under Sharia our sovereignty has been severed our mandate from the November 4 2014 elections debased. Multinational corporations and our own federal government no longer conceal their unanimity. This last year and a half of the Obama presidency will be the most perilous in American history. If the rule of law means not what it says We the People will become the law and take matters into our own hands until all are free in a just tolerant republican democracy separating the state from regulating the church liberating the church from the threat of secular Marxist persecution and Islamic jihad.
In light of these abuses I hereby proclaim a new declaration of independence for the American people persecuted by laws that do not exist executive fiat with no legal merit. In declaring our independence state and local authorities must first exercise their Tenth Amendment mandate to not enforce what is not specifically-prescribed as constitutional. Finally We the People need not feel compelled to obey federal and state law enforcement due to statutory absentia and illegal-fiat. We must mobilize militiae as our arsenal for democracy in a popular coalition of the willing to secure the peace through collectivized strength as our deterrence against further violations of basic human rights. Finally as God is our witness we will reacquire our right to freely exercise our faith while tolerating conscientious abstinence to secure our liberty granted under the laws of nature and the Judeo-Christian God. We will pledge our lives our fortunes and sacred honor to restore this last best hope of man on Earth by nullifying our Constitution to form a new more perfect Union under Article V at a convention of the states. If necessary we will defiantly renounce our citizenship to form a continent partitioned into autonomous city-states as did early settlers from England grounded through the intimacy of small local direct democracies culturally rediscovering a sense of community inside town halls.
