At stake is the status of Robespierre as a founding father of state terror. The first in a line of modest men with access to a higher truth. Men who loved humanity so much they felt entitled to exterminate the human beings that stood in its way.caption id=attachment_30050 align=alignleft width=300

The statement ― particularly in where she described him as a man who loved humanity so much" he felt entitled to exterminate the human beings that stood in its way" ― was in itself the explication of why Robespierre and all dictators after him to come do what they did and still do. It is a profound statement which explains not only why dictators act as they do when they rise to power but why men and now especially women crave power by any means necessary be it through political power or great wealth. But first we must ask what was it they loved or what do they identify as love?
Perhaps a good place to start is by quoting Jean Jacques Rousseau. In his pamphlet Emile; or On Education (1762) he expresses the whole of the individuals purpose to exist as simply to do things for no particular reason That man is truly free who desires what he is able to perform and does what he desires" ―in other words man is free for the sake that he was born free and must therefore do what he wills on whomever he wills however he chooses to will it so long as he simply explains he does what he desires" because he is able to perform". More telling is how he explains the origin of all desires and what is that Everything is good when it leaves the hands of the Creator; everything degenerates in the hands of man." To translate these points into the current American condition Mary Eberstadt presents a powerful new theory reversing the understanding behind the chronology for the decline of religion throughout the West in her book How the West Really Lost God whereby the old convention that the West first experienced religious decline followed by the decline of the family prevailed. Her research which includes historical data on family decline spanning from pre-Revolutionary France to the contemporary popular culture both in the United States and Europe demonstrates that the reverse has also been true undermining the premise that only after the institution of the family was eroded the attack on Christian institutions in Western civilization followed shortly thereafter.
So if all is good when leaving the hands of the Creator then where does the individual or human beings violate that sacred covenant with God and become bad before Eve falls prey to Satans temptation (the serpent) inside the Garden of Eden in Genesis 4-5? Did not Satan corrupt the faith of Eve and her obedience to God when he told her that You will not surely die"? That God knows that in the day you eat of it your eyes will be opened and you will be like God knowing good and evil"? Finally where did the world go oh-so-wrong when coming to the misunderstanding that just because God saw everything he had made and indeed it was very good" humanity was also meant to be like God who revealed to Moses that I AM WHO I AM" before issuing his commands to free the Israelites in the Book of Exodus in knowing good and evil? Is humanity really still so naive to believe itself so enlightened that its eyes will be opened through secret knowledge and its higher truths through the realm of the secular sciences humanism paganism and witchcraft alone?
The idea that we can remake humanity into a morally-perfected species by eliminating God and free will and remember the great sin of the age of papal supremacy was for the Church to taint the wisdom of God in order to preserve the popes power under the divine right of monarchs through intimidation and martial force saw during the French Revolution the answers to all these various debating points begin to emerge in the form of three words: Libert galit fraternit". In 1784 Robespierre wrote that Democracy is a state in which the sovereign people guided by laws which are its own work does for itself all that it can do properly and through delegates all that it cannot do for itself." In defining democracys purpose as the mainspring of popular government is virtue" according to Robespierre the point of purpose in any mainspring of popular government in revolution is both virtue and terror." It is as Machiavellian as it sounds: for democracy without either according to Robespierre cannot be ―virtue without which terror is disastrous" while terror without which virtue is powerless."
Enter in 2019 the Intellectual Dark Web (or IDW) ― an ideologically unmoored ensemble of thinkers and individuals from all backgrounds who while willing to disagree (and at times do so fiercely) they nevertheless embrace the principle of civil conversation and disengagement. This list of leading figures of the IDW varies in gender sexual orientation race and political affiliation and do not form alliances based on their identities or tribal affiliation. As the organizations website concludes on its front page while most figures have been more-or-less roasted by the campfire by their tribe and the online public at large" they nevertheless have been able to find a wide audience that resonates with what they have to say" ― and in other words form new tribes in the spirit of democracy (but not at the ballot box) because they are willing to voice what others think but are too unwilling to say publicly." As a result they dont pretend to have the answers to lifes questions (no one but God has those) but they are willing to offer suggestions for anyone willing to consider them.

The international left-wing agenda long ago cast aside the once-crucial white blue collar labor movement vote inside the Rust Belt and coal country in favor of identity politics. This is primarily why Brexit succeeded and how Donald Trump a Republican won historically blue states like Pennsylvania Michigan and Wisconsin for the first time since the 1980s and ultimately the electoral college by a large total. Alternative voices to the status quo both contemporary and from history find themselves under assault at risk of disappearing beneath the Lefts bureaucratic wrath and red tape. Among the ideas from history and those attacked was Milton Friedman the Nobel Prize-winning capitalist economist who played the key role in debunking the flaws of Keynesian economics beginning in the 1950s who has been dead since 2006. Most of these commentators are not Alt-Right or Far Right but merely younger conservatives and libertarian analysts or scholars some of whom have been in circulation in the academy of ideas for generations. Many of those at risk of facing Steven Crowders fate due to #VoxAdpocalypse including many among the IDW (Ben Shapiro Dave Rubin Candace Owens the Roaming Millennial Jordan Peterson Stephen Hicks) either caught fire through YouTube by funding their content almost solely through Patreon donations or did so from their tenured positions in academe achieved prior to the time which conservative and libertarian scholars were largely blacklisted due to ideological differences. Many simply speak as concerned citizens in a world that increasingly isolates taxpayers along Main Street in favor of Marxist social justice warriors whose tax dollars fund the very professors and bureaucrats who have banned their voices and presence on college campuses and universities. If the law in itself is nothing more than the means for its own enforcement through process in a state of torrential inertia (i.e. the nominal state which in name only remains implacable) the law as both socialists and fascists understand it is defined as such under Robespierre: Terror is nothing but prompt severe inflexible justice; it is therefore an emanation of virtue; it is not so much a specific principle as a consequence of the general principle of democracy applied to our homelands most pressing needs." This is anathema to both conservatives and libertarians for whom Robespierre opposed under both the British and American constitutions when in describing his perfect Republic for France that The nation can still keep it if it thinks fit for everything conserving relations between citizens; but the effect of tyranny and insurrection is to break it entirely where the tyrant is concerned; it places them reciprocally in a state of war." Henceforth the people are defined as the state and the state in reference to Jean Jacques Rousseau was to be The Sovereign ― and the Courts and legal proceeding are only for members of the same side" which means every one under the convention was protected save for those who queried the one-party state. They therefore must be killed. Under the pending federal Constitution covered in The Federalist #51 James Madison wrote that Whilst all authority will be derived from and dependent on the society… broken into so many parts interests and classes of citizens… the rights of individuals or of the minority will be in little danger from interested combinations of the majority." To best safeguard the new republic as A FREE GOVERNMENT from such a tragic collapse the security for civil rights must be the same as that for religious rights the degree of security in both cases will depend… on the extent of country and number of people comprehended under the same government." This however could only be assured by preventing the formation of more circumscribed Confederacies" by oppressive combinations of a majority" that will diminish the best security… for the rights of every class of citizens." But while America managed to end the institution of slavery nearly 90 years into the republics history she has not shaken the suffocating impact of Cultural Marxism driven by postmodern trends in our language and political establishment. Madison warned against this that Justice" would lead to the end of government" because it would result in first the end of civil society… and ever will be pursued until it be obtained or until liberty be lost in the pursuit." Who could have foreseen this in 1788 how political correctness over 200 years later killed both a common culture and civil society due to the size and corruptability of government becoming proportionately increased?" Only our Founding Fathers who as human beings themselves were flawed. The irony here in what threatens to topple our republic? It was not our government so much as the very technological advances that helped tear down the Iron Curtain and now rule the world in the name of Globalism: a bizarre combination of Fascisms model of corporatism with the cultural characteristics of Marxism and Postmodern consumerism. If the mere sight of say the cross is so offensive that it becomes outlawed for public consumption we are doomed because so far we have no legal defense against this and the Left will cleverly write their laws so that in the process of banning say the Bible or the Church as constructed on private property they can claim that they are not technically banning Christianity as a religion since the language in the Constitution forbids them from doing so. Barack Obama perhaps as well as Ive ever heard condemned todays idea of purity and never compromise and youre always politically woke and all that stuff … The world is messy. There are ambiguities. People who do really good stuff have flaws. People who you are fighting might love their kids." He boldly went where no Democrat has gone before in this era explaining to his audience at the Obama Foundation Summit last week that being woke is not activism. Thats not bringing about change. If all youre doing is casting stones youre probably not going to get things done." Furthermore he advised them to get over that quickly" and to reject the new cancel culture. To his everlasting credit although he did more than anyone (perhaps inadvertently) to contribute to the sad state that our civic discourse resides today the former president had previously slammed college students who wish to be coddled from ideas they disagree with during a speech in 2015. Yet whats so astonishing in the wake of this rising moral perfectionism in the early 21st century is how little the Left seem to understand that Charles Darwin and his theory of evolution provided the doctrine behind white supremacy the rise of Adolf Hitler and the Holocaust; as well as a key component alongside Nietzsche and Ivan Pavlovs study of classical conditioning for dogs for Stalins rule by terror and conquest in the Soviet Union. The emergence of political Postmodernism which at the very core of political correctness foundation is the defining intellectual cult of the modern world seeks to negate Modernity but will offer nothing to replace it with since truth in itself doesnt existence. For precisely these reasons Postmodernism is difficult to define because to do so would violate the postmodernists premise that no definite terms boundaries or absolute truths exist. Critical to the Postmodern imperative are its supplementary talking points which are in the immediate past expansions on Friedrich Nietzsches introduction to nihilism (the abandonment of values and knowledge) which he defined in his book Will to Power Every belief every considering something true is necessarily false because there is simply no true world." For Nietzsche who spoke of the death of God" and foresaw the dissolution of traditional religion and metaphysics there was no objective order or structure in the world except what we give it even though he named four points by which his own philosophy cancels itself immediately:
- Epistemological nihilism denies the possibility of knowledge and truth and is linked to extreme skepticism.
- Political nihilism advocates the prior destruction of all existing political social and religious orders as a prerequisite for any future improvement.
- Ethical nihilism (moral nihilism) rejects the possibility of absolute moral or ethical values. Good and evil are vague and related values are simply the result of social and emotional pressures.
- Existential nihilism the most well-known view affirms that life has no intrinsic meaning or value.
- Are nationalism politics religion and war the result of a primitive human mentality?";
- Is truth an illusion?"; and finally
- How can Christianity claim primacy or dictate morals?"

We are not Nazi Germany or the Soviet Union after all but pretty soon we might well resemble them. Ironically those who will soon be left to rot are the very people who in 1968 through primal scream demanded the world never trust anyone over the age of 30. They will be the first to fall victim to the virtue that is popular government and as a consequence to the mainspring of popular government in revolution which Robespierre who himself fell victim beneath the guillotines blade labeled as both virtue and terror.
