The September 11 2012 attack at Benghazi was launched at 9:42 PM and word was received by then-Sec. of Def. Leon Panetta at 11:00 PM. The Clinton response in condemnation was released ten minutes later at 10:42 PM. The timing of Sean Smiths death by the Associated Press suggests these talking points were contrived ahead of time that it was possibly part of a prearranged attack. Obama and Mrs. Clinton engaged in a phone conversation at 10:30 that evening 30 minutes prior to Pannetta learning of the attack.

Earlier that day Mohamed Morsi delivered a speech at the Clinton Global Initiative advocating the curtail of free speech in response to Islamophobic attacks on Muhammad. The video is displayed above. The most distinguished names that were obtained from the confessions by members of the cell is the person the President of Egypt Muhammad Mursi Safwat Hijazy and Saudi businessman Mansour Bin Kadasa the owner of Al-Nas TV station Muhammad Hassan previous candidate Hazim Salah Abu-Ismael Egyptian attorney named Mamdouh Ismael Egyptian cleric Atef Abdul Rashid and other personalities.
