Hillary Clintons top national security and foreign policy staffer Jake Sullivan who is now a senior policy adviser on her presidential campaign was the
author of several of the top secret emails. The accounts that accessed the emails belonged to her top aides including Huma Abedin and there is no public indication any of them were authorized to see the information. Congressional Republicans are
trying to find out whether any of the aides were instructed to send sensitive material through the unsecured email system.
