The popular zero-sum hand game is often times used as an alternative method to throwing dice or coin flipping when two parties want to settle a dispute.
Occasionally judges resort to rock-paper-scissors in order to settle lengthy but trivial court cases like in
Avista Management vs. Wausau Underwriters (2006).
It appears that the FBI has become a big fan of the game too.
On Sunday November 6 2016 just two days before Election Day the FBIs investigation saga against Hillary Clintons multiple unsecured work-related e-mails came to an end. Or so it seemed. The former FBI director
James Comey sent a brief letter to the U.S. Congress informing that his agency had not changed our conclusions" from July 5 that Clinton should not have faced criminal charges.
This new letter followed the October 28
letter.
In the October surprise" letter Comey wrote that the investigation would focus on unduplicated" 650000 e-mails (different from Hillarys 30000 e-mails in July) which were found on the computer of Anthony Weiner the estranged husband of top Hillary aide Huma Abedin.
Comeys November letter did not indicate whether all 650000 e-mails were reviewed or whether they contained any incriminating elements. It is indeed amazing for one to see how sometimes the FBI needs a year to analyze 30000 e-mails (from July 2015 to July 2016).
While other times the FBI investigation advances faster than the speed of light and the agents are able to analyze 650000 e-mails in about a week or so (since October 28 to November 6 2016).
It becomes obvious that this FBI back-and-forth investigation can be seen as a rock-paper-scissors game where:
(a) Clintons rock (resistance to cooperate with the judicial authorities) beats the FBIs scissors (investigation) on July 5;
(b) the FBIs scissors (investigation) beats Clintons paper (money) on October 28; and
(c) Clintons paper (money) beats the FBIs rock (evidence) on November 6.
And this stunning new FBI resolution came at the end of a week full of other revelations where we found out among others that:
(1) the Democratic Party Committee Chairwoman
Donna Brazile leaked another presidential debate question to Hillary Clinton (I call this DECEPTION and ABUSE OF POWER);
(2) the Clinton Foundation confirmed it accepted a US$ 1 million gift from
Qatar while Hillary Clinton was U.S. Secretary of State (I call this TREASON);
(3)
Marina Santos Hillarys maid in Washington DC had access and printed up state secrets for her boss (I call this BREACH OF NATIONAL SECURITY).
After November 8 2016 the American people decided not to put up with this Clinton investigation farce and elected Donald Trump as the President of the United States. As a result the Clintons and their acolytes replaced the rock-paper-scissors game with a (bleach-imbibed) cloth-shredder-hammer version.
Isnt it interesting that neither
Special Counsel Robert Mueller nor
Adam Schiffs House Intelligence Democrats are curious to clarify these things before they proceed with their Trumps Russian collusion illusion dossier?
