I am a Christian. I believe the Bible is literally the word of God divined to man (2 Timothy
3:16-17). Found in the word is wisdom hope and sound instruction (Psalm 119:105). And for those who remain steadfast to these principles eternal life awaits.
These profound beliefs have withstood my lifes greatest tests to form an iron-clad compass which guide my world-view.
There is no me separate from my religious conviction. In good times and bad I can call upon a lifetime of faith and prayer: this never fails nor abandons me (Matthew 7:24).
However in an increasingly secularized America contempt toward Christianity has risen. Where once all religious individuals could openly worship regardless of creed meted censorship now exclusively places Christian thought among out-group status. Believers in Christ and only those believers are publicly bullied into keeping their religious views private.
Hypocritically though our nations free-speech institutes uphold all other forms of spiritual and personal expression.
Naturally if Biblical takes on hot-button issues do seep into public conversation they are immediately shunned.
And trite slurs such as bigot and racist await any Christian who disagrees with adherents of todays foremost secular talking points.
This religious persecution has become so pervasive noted evangelical Franklin Graham shared these prophetic words with Fox and Friends:
I believe were going to see persecution in this country... Weve already seen many laws that have been passed that restrict our freedom as Christians. I believe its going to get worse and we see no question gaining influence in Washington by those that represent the Islamic faith. We do have a problem in this country and we are losing our religious freedom and were losing it a little bit day by day.
Mr. Grahams quote was made in 2015.
Since the vice-like censorship squeezing Christian dogma has become much tighter. Subsequently the number of former believers who now embrace atheism an overwhelming millennial trend flourish. In 2014 only 63 percent of Americans declared God absolutely exists down seven points from 2007 per Pew Research.
And it is many of these newly non-religious who most ardently seek to erase two-thousand plus years of Christianity. Of course other prominent Christ-deniers include social-media outlets social-justice warriors and big-media.

The secular machine has persistently swayed millions onto its side. In light of this onslaught the nations highest courts also routinely discriminate against Christian values.
Such examples include but certainly arent limited to the dismissal of Atlanta Fire Chief Kevin Cochran for self-publishing a Christian manual. Or the court-martialing of Marine Monifa Sterling who refused to remove an inspirational Bible verse from her computer. Or more famously the landmark Supreme Court ruling against Texas abortion restrictions.
However each day American Christians face public condemnation for even simpler acts. In some areas its illegal to hand someone a Bible. In many primary schools Gods name is banned completely as are scholarly references to this countries Christian heritage.
Its no wonder our secondary educational institutes shrink conservative-Christian student activities and curriculum.
And as these United States creep ever-closer toward socialism the war against Christianity will only intensify. Progressives want total obedience to state. Anything less becomes a punishable offense.
Though the apostle foresaw this day millennia in advance when stating Do not be surprised brothers that the world hates you."
Or that the msm will praise Antifa for physically assaulting you under reprehensible pretenses.
