An Ecuadorian criminal alien who was released last year when Baltimore Md. became a sanctuary city was arrested by federal agents for the violent rape of a 9-year-old girl according to a Judicial Watch report released on Monday.
While the rape occurred in the city of Baltimore the suspect Henry Estrella-Cordova was nabbed by officers from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcements (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) and not members of the Baltimore Police Department said the public-interest group that investigates government corruption and abuse.
