COVID-19 Thoughts Part 87: Time to let the GOP Fry and Burn to a Crisp...at least as we know them

Conservatives are sadly divided regarding how we go forward with a pending Joe Biden administration with Kamala Harris waiting in the wings to take over the big chair when the time comes.  Dinesh D'Souza is among those Conservatives who say that we must reconstruct the GOP, just as Phyllis Schlafly did in the 1970’s and early 1980’s with the fight and successful defeat of the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) and the election of President Ronald Reagan and was destined to serve two successful terms by defeating weak Democrat candidates…one of them a failed President by the name of Jimmy Carter.

I understand the concept of unity and that it is needed to win a battle and more so a political contest.  But the concept is grounded and/or popularized by the political scientist and committed Marxist, Maurice Duverger.  Duverger’s Law is not grounded in anything Biblical or spiritual, but rather an admittance of human failure and how people act on election day and/or as everyday political activists.

D’Souza brings up the disunity of conservatives in Venezuela that helped to cement the current Marxist reign in that respected country coupled with the cult of personality that the late Hugo Chavez had.  D’Souza says that we need RINO’s in liberal blue Maine, while trying to get the rib rock to mostly honest Conservatives in red states.  I like the ideal but in reality, it does not work that way.  The cult of personality worms its way into the red states and their lies the problem.

Lisa Murkowski (Liberty Score 31% F according to Consevative Review) who is a a long time U.S. Senator in Alaska, has the charisma and somehow the residents of Alaska are comfortable with Murkowski.  Oh, and she broke Duverger’s Law in 2010 as the write-in candidate and won that contest (second person to do so in U.S. Senate elections).  She does not plan to retire anytime soon…and she knows darn well that Alaska will keep her in power until the day she dies.  For the record, Strom Thurmond was the first successful write candidate in a contest for an elected office in the U.S. Senate.  On the other hand, Mitt Romney is the good Mormon Church man and in spite of an endorsement from Donald Trump which proved to be a betrayal, I don’t see the people of Utah wising up and running Romney out when his number is up in 2024.  Don’t get me started on Dick Cheney’s daughter (the straight one) who successfully secured the only U.S. House seat in the state of Wyoming.  In the book of the political class, Donald J. Trump will be just a footnote…more so than Ronald Reagan.

The Republican Party hates its base Mr. D’Souza…period.  They are more interested in making money off those who can provide it…and the conservative base just does not have it.  We are required to vote Republican because it’s the only outlet conservatives can express themselves.  The GOP is a do-nothing party, and they are not great Chess players.  We trend water with no signs of land in sight…nor is there is light at the end of the tunnel if we would rather take a train.

A reconstituted GOP can only happen if enough Conservatives can actually win in the regions of the country that it can win in…but the establishment technocrats sadly have the money…not the grass roots conservatives.  With that very money, the establishment will market their candidates as well as place their bets on their candidates.  The establishment can tell you in Red American that only the likes of Cheney, Romney and Murkowski can “win,” and that an honest conservative can never win (former Alabama Justice Roy Moore allowed the media to take him to the cleaners).  They say that you have to be moderate and rational and then some.  In the end, they get corrupted by the DC swamp as they suck the plebs dry.  Same deal for state politics as well, as they help the Democrats at all levels make the citizenry into subjects that can be easily socially shaped and controlled into their little god image.  These Republicans have really no fear of God or Natures God and will turn on a dime and on the people they represent for their own personal gain.

For years church bodies split away from a greater body, when that body choose to embrace teaching and doctrine that does not line up with God’s Word.  Yes, there were attempts to reconstruct the Christian church and Martin Luther was one of them.  In the end the reconstruction failed and the only thing Luther could do was to let it go.  This practice of splitting away has been become more common in the Modern Christian church as the Mainline Church moves away from Biblical Doctrine, to embracing the doctrine of the macro progressives, and aligned itself with the popular causes of social justice, wealth redistribution (or the theft of private property), and abortion rights coupled with sexual freedom/free love.  The bottom line is that certain things, groups and institutions have to finally collapse if not burn down.  This political party which likes to call itself the Grand Old Party, i.e. the Republican Party needs to collapse if not burn to a crisp.  They are no different than the WHIG Party, which the GOP replaced.

The time has come for Conservatives, especially those who claim to be Christian or even Orthodox Jews to once and for all fear God over fearing great men and women of power and the worldly mobs.  I am not telling you to never vote Republican ever again. I am telling you that you need to vote for people who fear God and will never put God’s Law (especially the Ten Commandments) up for sale.  That is the rule of Exodus 18:21 in the Old Testament as well as in the Torah.  That will save America’s founding in the end, and not a Republican Party that talks about God, but has no Fear of God.  Who cares what the Freedom From Religion Foundation and like-minded people and groups think.  They are in for the sexual revolution, the killing of the innocent, the theft of private property, never ending centralized government that keeps growing and getting more powerful, and for the doctrines of demons by Karl Marx, John Dewey, Charles Darwin, John Maynard Keynes, Jean-Paul Sartre, Margaret Sanger and others that are like-minded past and present.

Moreover, look for able men from all the people, men who fear God, who are trustworthy and hate a bribe, and place such men over the people as chiefs of thousands, of hundreds, of fifties, and of tens (ESV).  That’s the simplicity of Exodus 18:21.

Why do you find this so hard people????
