Now that President Donald J. Trump has tested positive for COVID-19, I think it’s a good time to take a few steps back and look over a few things.
The Corona 19 virus has proven itself that it can and will spread. It has also proven that its not the killer that many people thought it was. This was just overhyped by not just our media, but more likely our so-called friends and neighbors in China. Day by day the facemasks that we must wear over our ugly faces, has proven to be nothing but political statements and virtual signaling. Let us be honest here, most leftists do have an affection for China’s current President Xi Jinping. It was Xi who was all about putting face masks on his people to curb the spread. Our own health bureaucrats first told us that face masks were a bad ideal and now in certain states you must wear one…some states make you wear them 24/7…even in your home. They say it’s for our own good, and our neighbor’s good. What it is really doing is not just honoring President Xi (in my honest opinion) but all of this social distancing and then some is a new way of promoting disunity among the community.
Would be tyrants have been very good at pitting people against each other based on income, faith, and pigmentation of skin. Then the tyrants to be roll out their snake oil which they claim will help remedy the problems of the moment. As anyone who can see the forest through the trees, the end game is not to make the people feel better, but make them think they are feeling better…even if they are not for the con continues. Meanwhile, the tyrants are able to gain power over the people and the people just lost their freedom…and they will never know it until it’s too late. That is how the old con works, beginning with those who are school bully who steals the meek little boy’s lunch money. They might get disciplined here and there, but if there is no repentance, the bully eventually grows up into something worse. They want to find people that can control easily and will con and bully them as they make personal gains off them…not just monetary but also personal gravitation as they did as a school bully.
British journalist Nick Paton Walsh wrote a wordy opinion piece for his employer CNN, declaring at least in the headline that the experts say that there is “no getting back to normal.” We must accept this “new normal.” That is what a lot of leftists say, when they get the chance to social engineer a culture and its people and then try to socially control those people in the new normal…until they see another grand experiment they want to try. Sure, we can’t go back and change things. That is the consequence of liner time. We might exist in a certain event that came to pass, but we can’t make it any different. Still I ask you; do you want to wear a face mask for the rest of your life, when its been proven to be infective? Do you want to become another serf to not only our government but to China as certain people in our government hob knob with President Xi and tell him how they got America to embrace China’s tyranny of face masks but in a different way?
If you want the way things were before, especially your liberties and freedoms, they have to be fraught for…tooth and nail. Tyrants come in all shapes and sizes and the medical and health care fields are no exception. There are statists and/or flat out Marxists among these fields and if they feel like destroying your economy in the name of good health and “science,” they will do it. It all comes down to man’s goal to be like God…it just never ends. They look for anything they can use to get the people to panic and promise them safety and shelter. The only cost is your own freedom. Pure and simple. Trade that in for promises that may be kept in full or half way, or worse none at all.
Don’t let Corona Fascism win the war. They only project their fascism on their enemies. Many of them support true liberty and freedom. They just don’t have the propaganda tools that too many on the left have. Meanwhile we need to accept that there are things beyond our control and that we need to trust in someone higher that is greater than us. As for Corona, the likes of Daniel Horwitz and Shannon Joy (along with the country of Sweden) are being proven correct as to paraphrase Bob Dylan;
"Everybody Must Get Coronned" (i.e. Corona or COVID-19).
