Donald Trump truly made a big splash at this year CPAC in Orlando, Florida. The conservative still has his back, as Trump speaks truth to power regarding the conservative agenda. He correctly pointed out what Biden has done so far as POTUS, and that he ran as a centrist only to govern as a left wing radical or is in the center if the only thing on the political spectrum is how Left you go. Meaning Soft Left, Medium Left or Hard Left. There is no Right in the spectrum because Right is wrong, and the Right Wing are not about progress and bettering humanity so says the Democratic Party.
We law abiding people have to honor the COVID-19 lockdown but the Democrat’s agenda for voting buying and harvesting continues as Biden allows the illegals to come in. We as a country rejoined the socialist WHO and the socialist Paris agreements. We also move forward on Wind and Solar and likely will cut a new deal with Iran. So, the rich get richer and poorer get poorer, but you know what kids? That is fine and dandy as long you have the Democrats in power…for they will “take care of you.” Bottom line is that Trump pushed back on the agenda of the Democrat Party and pushed back on those who had issues with him…regardless if its Trump as a person or worse his agenda which the common-sense conservative would be foolish to disagree with. POTUS 45 was indeed sincere in making America great again and looking to what works.
The problem in the long run was Trump’s cult of personality, and while honest conservatives were willing if not praise Trump’s brash and blunt ways, sadly your everyone soccer mother who wants her political leaders close to being a Prince Charming or Princess Diana will always vote out that personality that she is uncomfortable with. Women tend to think with their feelings and not with their minds, and that is one big reason why they voted for Biden. No different than the women who were charmed by William Jefferson Clinton back in the 1990’s or Barack Obama recently. At least with Obama you can at least say that he has been faithful to Michelle to the best of our knowledge, and that is a family man. Both Clinton and Obama knew how to put on the charm and with that charm they won oval office twice respectfully.
That said, Conservatives need to give up on the 2020 election. It may take years to actually find out if that very election was stolen…it doesn’t matter if Time Magazine was bragging about rigging the election. Even without the changes, would Biden have won…and based on the current evidence the answer is Yes. We know that the Democrats will do anything to win, and we know that they change the rules in order to win. Out courts don’t want to deal with it for whatever reason, and sadly we are on our own regarding election laws…unless of course we actually deal with the elections laws and then the courts go moo…to help the Democrats and/or whatever. If that happens then we need to advocate for checks and balances on our courts along with our congress…and stop the Marxists from using the courts to usher in their eventual disaster on America.
Second, the Conservatives really need to look for someone who can carry on Trump’s MAGA agenda, but without Trump’s personality and more focused on the issues and someone who can come across…maybe not like Fred Rogers, but someone who comes across as a neighbor who you really want to hang out with. Leave the brash and blunt to the news commentators, and radio/podcast talk show hosts. Charm does indeed take you places…and in politics charm makes you look like someone who wants to win. Remember if conservatives run on the issues, they will win on those issues. If you run on personality, then you better run as a progressive and be ready to make out your list of promises and decides who gets what if anything at all.
Conservatives can win again, but if Trump wants to win his cause, it would be best for him to be king maker and make sure that king is an honest conservative and not someone that Karl Rove, Mitch McConnell, and the Bush Family (both real and “crime”) claim they can only win.
