During the past two weeks Denver based Christian Media personality/pastor Bob Enyart unveiled once again his proposed Constitution of America which would bring back the monarchy with no checks and balances and the King having absolute power. He is really a believer in this based on his understanding the Holy Scripture coupled with his passions for ending abortion and criminal justice.

In my last piece I stated that God wanted his people to accept him as the King and not some human. According to Enyart however God intended his people to have human King on his own terms thus enter King David. But the mob was just inpatient and perhaps that was the case. Enyart strongly believes that God can rewrite the future and that it is not settled. Once again Enyarts believes are held by a small minority of Christians coupled with his worldview on righteous judgement.
While Enyart has a cult of personality coupled with a cultist my way or the highway style of control...Enyart is a legit honest born again Christian. He believes the Bible the Trinity (Father Son Holy Spirit/Ghost) the Virgin Birth and that Jesus Christ is the only way of salvation.
Back in 1999 Enyart felt that his vision of government could never happen but was ready to try to get enough people on board with his ideals just in case he could find an opening. In the year 2020 Enyart is more confident that democracy will finally come to an end and that America embraces a King for once.
I spoke with Steve Camp a former Contemporary Christian music artist who is now a pastor in Palm City Florida. He feels that Enyarts vision is not biblically accurate. He also told me;
The Bible addresses the form of the kind of GOVt in general terms (Romans 13:1-7) so that its truths and standards apply to any structure in any culture in any age.
But it also addresses it in specific to the times in which they lived in (Daniel 1-2; 1 Peter 2:11-17).
But the Christians duty regardless of what form of GOVt one lives under is to pray for those in authority over us (1 Timothy 2:1-5) and to not live in rebellion against them but to submit to their authority (Titus 3:1-5).
However we are permitted to disobey the governing authorities under two scenarios: one were they to command us to do something God prohibits (Ie abortion; gay marriage); and two where they prohibit us from doing something God commands (pray preach the gospel worship).
Apart from that whether it be a king monarch social democracy republic etc we honor their offices while still not approving of the abuse ungodly and lawless actions against any of its respective citizens.
With those very sentences I have to agree with Camp for its God himself that has put in these leaders for better or for worse. When Pontius Pilate confronted Jesus with the warning that he has the power to release him or have executed Jesus Responded;
You would have no authority over me at all unless it had been given you from above. Therefore he who delivered me over to you has the greater sin. (John 19:11 ESV)
With that sentence Pilate either caved to the mob and/or just was really ticked off with Jesus and his crucifixion sentence was sealed. Still Pilate became disgusted with the Jewish people he had to rule over or so it seems. He did wash his hands symbolically. Sorry Mr. Pilate their is blood on your hands...but by design of God Almightys OWN endgame.
Enyart really means well and truly wants to be on fire for the Christian faith. However giving a King absolute power without a check on him may backfire and he knows this for it was put in Enyarts proposed Constitution for America. However he also believes that if the King repents and coverts to Christ the government is restored and is truly Christian and Great again. Likely one reason why Enyart will not back down.
America as we know it is an empire in decline and I agree with another Denver based media personality on this (Peter Boyles). Could Enyart be preparing enough people who got the Abortion Abolition train to get on the Bring Back the Monarchy to America train...for Monarchys are the true government of God? He envisions a day when Jesus Christ returns and we just hand off the crown to him. Again Enyart is not your typical Christian Reconstruction if none at all. I just believe that the devil will be given control of the Earth (God will allow this for a time) and Christ later will engage him in a war called the Battle of Armageddon.
In the end God is in control...Either Way or Whatever Comes What May.
