In Kevin Swansons book Apostate (which can be bought at his ministrys website
generations.org) the Colorado based Presbyterian pastor and homeschooling/parental rights advocate lays out the men who destroyed the Christian West." While Charles Darwin indeed is among these men he is the not the among the first that Swanson goes after. The men that predate Darwins existence and Swanson profiles include Thomas Aquinas Rene Descartes John Locke and Jean-Jacques Rousseau.
Yet one has to wonder how far the teaching and ideals of Aquinas Descartes Locke and Rousseau would have truly gone had it it not been for Charles Darwin. Rousseau was not an excellent father but he advocated that a communitys children should belong to the state/government. John Locke laid the groundwork for what would shape humanist theology and like Aquinas was attempting to separate faith from knowledge and set it on two parallel roads...at least when it started.
Swanson said that Darwin met a market need in his day. Their were those who were in Swansons term looking for an escape hatch from the Christian faith and the biblical God." So Darwin came up with the ideals of evolution and natural selection and that the human race came into existence by random chance and are a byproduct of slime followed by the animals (especially fish and primates). Hello Big Bang theory and then some. We just came into being through a long scientific process and we are not held accountable by some pie and sky and/or some higher power. Darwins family was deep in the apostasy and basically killed any chance for Darwin to push back on the apostasy that he eventually embraced rather than repent of it and depend on God. In fact the very ideals of Charles Darwin proved to be the glue that holds the mother faith of progressivism together.
No matter how many missing links or theorys that challenge Darwinism the left is desperate and determinate to continue to advance and promote Darwinism as fact. Without Darwin you simply just cant justify making America or any culture submit to a humanist secular way of living. Darwinism is key in the progressives quest to finally reach God put him out of the way and liberate the human race from his law and maybe achieve the ideal of love thy neighbor" that the Jews and Christians failed to do.
The latest scientist to challenge Darwinism is
David Gelernter. It actually breaks his heart to do so; It means one less beautiful idea in our world." Now for the record Gelernters expertise is in computers and The New York Times once called him a rock star." He also predicted the World Wide Web in which most of us (including yours truly) are taking advantage of if not taking for granted.
Gelernter is being challenged by the missing fossils in which it also bothered the great Darwin himself.
Still he is not crazy about promoting intelligent design either but Gelernter admits its the first and obviously most intuitive theory that comes to mind." The biggest thing that really convinced him to put Darwins theory into a casket (where they truly belongs) is the fact that you cant create a stable and functioning protein.
Immense is so big and tiny is so small that neo-Darwinian evolution is so far a dead loss. Try to mutate your way from 150 links of gibberish to a working useful protein and you are guaranteed to fail. Try it with ten mutations a thousand a million you fail. The odds bury you. It cant be done.
Gelernter admits that the Darwinians have become hands down dogmatic and ideological. Still the progressive left continues to promote Darwinism as a fact rather than a theory and chew out those who say otherwise. It does not matter if Darwin was not a biologist or had all his fossils in row nor the fact that we cant create stable protein and hope they function perfectly. What really matters is that the God hating leftist-humanists-socialist-communists have something to teach and indoctrinate people with. A worldview in which they can get mass cultures to renounce Gods Law and inoculate them and made them agents or worse useful idiots against the saving Gospel of Jesus Christ. If these punks cant herd Gelernter back into the pro-Darwin fold...they will shun and disown him.
Meanwhile they make great promises in which godless humanism will accomplish what Gods plan failed to do or so they think...and even if it does not at least mankind will be able to get its license to sin as they seek sexual liberation steal for the greater good" which includes taking property that the government thinks belongs to someone else or to themselves and murder those who get in the way of these pleasures (not just abortion but its a part of it) and/or men and women who they just downright hate (Hitler did that kids) or is not productive to the community.
If God is a myth then why the desperation? These people go after those who have still have a strong faith. From Jack Phillips to Tim Tebow and everyone in between the left has mocked and scorn such people and even tried to take out. Now if one day the left is successful in taking out a Phillips (or even a Tebow etc etc.) then it will not only serve as a warning to those who must separate themselves from their faith and embrace the secular pagan culture they also feel it is one step closer to killing God himself.
Oh yeah they are going to try to kill God and if you believe what some Biblical scholars call the Battle of Armageddon then you know they will take the carnal weapons and point them towards Jesus Christ...even if it is in vain. The left is going to keep pushing Darwin harder and harder. They have too otherwise its back to the worship of pagan gods which is no better either.
Chances are that Gelernter will be disowned and when the left talks all about science they have twisted it with so much Darwinism so that science means no God created us and that we are an accident. It does not matter how much the masses hurt each other with this kind of thinking...just as long the elite themselves become the gods that rule over us and mold and shape us into THEIR image (social engineering and social control) and take all the credit when it is said and done.
Who knows maybe just maybe one day these godless bunch can gather in the nude put on the famous Bob James Take Me to the Mardi Gras (originally written and recorded by Paul Simon by the way) breakbeat on replay and dance their you know whats off with all the pleasure and none of the guilt. Just part of the sexual lib mentality. If It Feels Good Do It...and if people tell you that you cant feel good...just chew them out.
