The Democrat Party has been responsible for literally every state and federal law ever passed that denied rights to African Americans. They also opposed every law introduced by Republicans to give rights or protect the rights of African Americans such as:
Civil Rights Act 1866
Reconstruction Act of 1867
Freedman Bureau Extension Act of 1866
Enforcement Act of 1870
Force Act of 1871
Ku Klux Klan Act of 1871
Civil Rights Act of 1875
Civil Rights Act of 1957
Civil Rights Act of 1960
And during the 60s many Democrats fought hard to defeat:
1964 Civil Rights Act
1965 Voting Rights Acts
1972 Equal Employment Opportunity Act
But wait! Theres more! The Democrat party opposed giving reparations to slaves opposed the 13th 14th and 15th amendments and let us NEVER forget that it was the Democrat Party that gave us George Wallace Robert Byrd Bull Conner and last but not least the Ku Klux Klan.
So by all means lets ban something that will really make a difference not just a symbol but a living breathing monster that STILL enslaves African Americans by the thousands.
