I am very proud of my white privilege

I for one am very proud of my white privilege. And None of my ancestors owned slaves in the United States or In North America way before the States were united.
I was born from Polish and Sicilian ancestry. They came over on a boat legally in the late 1800’s and early 1900’s.
Ancestry.com says I also have northern Italian, French, Spanish and Russian ancestry in this old sack of bones.
And my Sicilian American Aunt said they came here for Work. Wait where did the white privilege come in?
My Sicilian Grandfather who I never met was a barber and opened a barber shop and pool hall on Staten Island. He was very patriotic. He was a young boy when he came over. Nothing was handed to him... He worked for his white privilege. I was privileged to visit my grandparents childhood home in Corleone.
They actually lived across the street from each other while growing up close to the highest point in Corleone.
My grandfather died in 1919 soon after cleaning the barber shop with a chemical. Probably a mixture of ammonia and chlorine.
So you might say he died working to obtain his white privilege in the land of the American Dream. Never met either one of my Sicilian grandparents.
My polish grandparents both worked. I met my grandmother while I was young, she passed. My grandfather used to ring the bells at a church in Bayonne NJ.
And they all worked for the white privilege that their children were able to enjoy.
So my parents worked just about their whole lives. My father had a business and he worked about 18 hours a day, 7 days a week. This they call white privilege.
My father never complained. My mother never complained. It was what you did back then. You worked to buy that white privilege. No free money. No stimulus checks. No government jobs. Just good old fashion work.
And then the next generation came along. By 14, I was working for my white privilege. And I am still working. Served in the USAF as a captain. And you just work.
No excuses like drugs, alcohol. My dad said if you work hard enough you can be anything you want to be. No talk about how Italians should be segregated, bigoted. Picked on by the police. You just worked and stayed out of trouble.
And of course we gave the white privilege to our children. They work hard and enjoy the same white privileges.
So at this point in life we enjoy and prosper in our white privilege. And in the United States of America this “White Privilege” is available to everyone. Used to be called the American Dream.
By 1971 there was a lot of black privilege. I remember while in college a white male would need a 4.0 to make it into medical school in the US of A. A black male could make it with a B average. This Black dud used to wear a 3 piece suit and had a B average and he was going to medical school. Can we call that black privilege? Can we call that reparation. The real question with affirmative action and admission quotas and bigoted financial aid, did we send our best to medical school? Or did we lower our standards.
Remember Gosnell was probably one of these black privilege winners. He now sits in jail after using his black privilege to kill babies, and mothers and sell illegal prescriptions. But they will tell us we owe it to them. No they need to earn it first. My white privilege had to be earned by generations of my family. And it is still being earned today.

And this idiot liberal claims when she is marking a paper from a black student wait for it: Her biases kick in. Pure poppycock nonsense. I have been to college, dental school and law school. Once the class size gets over 20 students, there is no way the teacher slash professor would know whose paper it was. The question should be why didn’t they fail the students who did not deserve to be there. Was it all about student aid and losing the class spot forever? Do we really want to lower the standards in education for our professional schools. And fill spots reserved for capable students with students that are no way capable of being a professional. In most cases they need a level of proficiency in reading and arithmetic. There is no privilege that will replace that ability.
I should also mention that between 1964-1968 I was in the Red Cross Youth. And the woman who directed us was a black woman. Her son was also in the organization. Her husband was on the board of Coca Cola. and they lived in a way better house than I lived in. They lived on Grymes Hill on Staten Island. The point being a lot of Blacks have done well. Many have taken advantage of all the reparation quotas etc. that have been in place since LBJ. If the Blacks hated slavery so much in the 1860’s, how come they all didn’t leave the south like Lady Obama’s family. Just maybe things were not as bad as the liberals paint the picture and spew their false narratives.
Obama is an expert on racism. He probably never spent a black racist day in his life on Hawaii. So many blacks throughout history have enjoyed the white privilege.
Prosperity is always available to those who earn it, steal it or inherit it.
Now we have this nonsense liberally named systemic racism. This is all nonsense. It is funny how they play this out now on the TV shows. Police have a tough job. Instead of teaching the kids how to have sex and abortions, maybe teach them how to act when a policeperson says don’t move.
That’s for another day. The idiots of the world some how think evil can be handled with social workers. Yeah, good luck with that.
The best one was the guy on “Last Man Standing” claiming he was arrested or detained by the police for being black. I want to see that happen.
No one likes getting stopped by the police. It is an inconvenience and if you are driving it can end with a ticket. I wouldn’t want the job, there are too many wacko nuts out there. So I say thank you for your service. And if God willing...May you make it to retirement without getting killed or sent to prison.
A couple more shows peddling the racism nonsense. Chicago PD had a white cop shoot a black person. He claimed he went for the gun. When he saw the video later, he was shocked and ended up letting the vigilantes shoot and kill him. I would assume they ended up in jail. In Swat, Hondo mentions this garbage all the time.
And as you see there are more and more blacks on the TV and the Superbowl commercials...
All in the name of diversity... but isn’t someone losing a job.
Lets look at the numbers. 12% of the population is Black. What does that mean. Well in a group of 100 folks if it was diverse by normal definition, there would be 12 Blacks to 88 non-blacks. So 50 it would be 6 to 44. So 25 would be 3. to 22. And 12.5 would be 1.5 blacks. So if we round it off, when you are looking at TV or a company etc. for every 12 folks you should only see 2 blacks. Anything more than that is reverse discrimination. That means a non-black is losing a job for the sake of pure nonsense. And if we call this reparation the only thing will happen... Is they will ask for more. So like the Reagans said... just say no to the nonsense.
So since affirmative action, reverse discrimination, and quotas weren’t legally working anymore and were being phased out... we now have systemic racism and diversity.
Same nonsense different words.
It is time to stand up to the fact that this is or used to be a free country. No one is guaranteed a wage. But everyone should be guaranteed a fair opportunity to achieve the American Dream. There will always be poor people, and people who are not very smart in all races.
But anyone who wants to prosper should be allowed to without government tyrants like Dr. Cuomo closing your business or the business you work for.
There are tons of laws on the books to protect prejudice in employment and housing. Anything beyond that is for the most part sheer nonsense.
The world is not fair and equal to all and it never will be. The best we can ask for are laws that protect our freedoms and the courts to enforce the protection.
