In spite of what was said, don't hold your breath on Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization putting an end to Roe, Doe, Planned Parenthood

Let us get a few things straight right off the bat.  First of all, should (and I repeat SHOULD) Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization put an end to Roe v. Wade along with Doe v. Bolton and Casey v. Planned Parenthood on top of it all; the issue of abortion will only go back to the states, although there will be attempts to keep it at the federal level (currently the attempt to do just that is via the so called Women’s Health Protection Act which focused only on and just not protecting and upholding abortion but forcing taxpayers to fund and doctors to preform abortion regardless of their personal conscience).  It will however put an end to very bad ruling that was more likely ruled out of haste than a constitutional method and means.

More than likely Justice Harry Blackmun’s ruling in part was because of the pressure from the women in his life (his wife and daughters and one of them Sally Blackmun was and still is a pro-abortion activist).  His ruling and the justices that agreed however sited only one source.  The source was a book simply titled Abortion by Lawrence “Larry” Lader.  It should be noted that Lader’s passion was population control and not feminism.  He just knew that the feminist movement had to accept abortion in order to forward his end game…but the “Catholic and Fundamentalists churches” and then some were successful in pushing back against Lader’s evil, but not all of since he was helpful in getting RU-486 accessible in America by the end of the 20th Century.  I will tell you this.  I am not getting my hopes too high, in spite of some good questions being asked by the “conservative” wing of the court.

This may or may not be the greatest thing about having Donald J. Trump as President.  At least Roe vs. Wade and everything else related is being heard again.  At least the feminists who believed that abortion (i.e. the murder of the preborn child growing within them) empowers them are once again being put on notice.  At least the pro-life movement continues to fight.  And this time around, we are learning the heart and souls of the people involved in the fight…especially on the so-called pro-choice side.

I was trying to dig up the old sermons the late D. James Kennedy did on abortion, and while I did not find the sound bites I wanted (I still have them more/less in memory and more on that later), but God led me to other things that Kennedy pointed out.  Kennedy pointed the words of Mother Terresa when they declared that abortion not only kills the preborn, but also “kills the consciences of all that are involved.”  Kennedy then declared that Roe vs. Wade had “religious roots” to the case.  Of course, our Supreme Court has been hostile to religious freedom in the 20th Century in order to appease the Big A Atheists and so-called “freethinkers.”  Meanwhile these very same people who are part of the greater progressive leftist if not Marxist Statist Worldview push the decriminalization of sexual perversion.

Kennedy then declared that Justice Blackmum looked to the pagan religion for guidance on the matter of abortion.
So Paganism + his wife + his daughters = Legalized murder of the preborn in America.  I am not surprised that actual pagan faiths helped shape Blackmun’s decision on the courts.  Paganism was never kind to the sanctity of human life ethic.  It preferred not only the quality of life, but also the convenience of adults who preferred sexual pleasure over the reasonability of procreating, bearing children and raising them into reasonable adults to pick up were the parents leave off.  Back in the old school days of paganism, the parents simply gave their children up to the bull god by the name of Moloch and they were burned to a crisp (if not that then the newborns were left out in the wildness and to been eaten by the animals near by).

Eight times, the faux god Moloch is mentioned in the Holy Bible and most of those references were made in Leviticus and God made it clear that he strictly forbid this wicked sacrifice.  Today, we replaced the Bull God with “Science” (notice the quote marks) and the bull god’s idol and altar with the abortion clinic or as certain pro-life and/or abortion abolitionists would call, an “abortion mill.”

This is the biggest reason why the left will fight and attempt to crush the so-called Christian right.  This is why Anne Nicol Gaylor co-founded the Freedom From Religion Foundation (FFRF) with her daughter Annie Laurie.  They know that the Judeo-Christian faith stands in the way of their quest for power, and to create the godless society they desire and are desperate to impose…that’s right impose.  Since Annie Laurie loves John Lennon’s Marxist anthem Imagine, its time to turn the tables on it once again.  Imagine a world in which women are impowered by murdering the preborn children they have created from within…regardless if you like it or not.  If their lady parts could do it, they would use those very part to kill the unwanted child growing within them.  Thus they need those who can become the ghouls and help them commit the evil.

No different than pagan cultures of old, sexual immortality and perversion was treated as normal…while the sexual act is indeed a human need, God himself did put certain structure and regulations regarding the sexual acts and its other purpose of procreating the human race…and procreate more humans to be raised in the Fear of God.

Anne Nicol herself was an evil, wicked and vile woman.  No different than the women she admired…especially Margaret Sanger.  Sanger wanted to use birth control to eliminate the negros or as we call them today at least in our country, African Americans.  Sanger also encouraged women to rebel against the marriage institution and go after sexual pursuits that they personally desire regardless of the consequences.  Lacking any successors to Anthony Comstock and his quest to keep sexual morals in place, Sanger, women rebels, and others that were liked minded were able to lay the ground work to what would lead to Roe vs. Wade.

Anne Nicol, a successor to the likes of Sanger, fought for the repeal of any abortion laws and declared abortion “a blessing.”  I still remember Dr. Kennedy describing what takes place in a abortion.  Ripping off the arms and legs and then crushing the skull of the preborn child.  Tell me why this is a blessing?  No Anne Nicol, don’t call yourself a champion of what is good.  You were corrupt and evil…and not to mention a selfish woman who wanted to express herself and did not respect the customs of the day.  If you wanted to show off your skin and breasts in public, you found the excuses to do so and got away with it.  It may be tame by today’s standards, but it does tell a lot of about you.  If I said the things that Anne Nicol got away with and directed them to my enemies, the very same hypocrites would be calling for my head and would likely get it.

While I have doubts about the “conservatives” on the SCOTUS, I do have to give them credit for asking the right questions and making the right statements.  Now if their rulings are consistent then I will be happy.  In the meantime, let go over some key takeaways from the SCOTUS justices.

The best came from Justice Clarence Thomas, and should the majority rule alongside him, the nightmares of many modern-day harlots, sluts, whores, and certain male sluts and whores are about to come true…as hopefully those chickens are coming home to roost.

Pay close attention to this exchange with President Joe Biden’s Solicitor General Elizabeth Prelogar (PREE-log-er), who by the way clerked for Judge Merrick Garland who sadly is now our current Attorney General.  At least he is not Justice Garland…yet.  Now that exchange.

JUSTICE CLARENCE THOMAS: Would you specifically tell me, specifically state, what the right is? Is it specifically abortion? Is it liberty? Is it autonomy? Is it privacy?

SOLICITOR GENERAL ELIZABETH PRELOGAR: The right is grounded in the liberty component of the 14th Amendment, Justice Thomas. But I think it promotes interests in autonomy, bodily integrity, liberty, and equality. I think it is specifically the right to abortion here, the right of a woman to be able to control without the state forcing her to continue a pregnancy whether to carry that baby to term.

THOMAS: I understand we are talking about abortion here.
But what is confusing is that we -- if we were talking about the Second Amendment, I know exactly what we are talking about. If we're talking about the Fourth Amendment, I know what we're talking about because it's written. It is there. What specifically is the right here that we are talking about?

PRELOGAR: Well, Justice Thomas, I think that the court in those other contexts, with respect to those other amendments, has had to articulate what the text means and the bounds of the Constitutional guarantees. And it has done so through a variety of different tests that implement First Amendment rights, Second Amendment rights, and Fourth Amendment rights.

I don't think there is anything unprecedented or anomalous about the right that the court articulated in Roe and Casey, and the way it implemented that right by defining the scope of the liberty interest by reference to viability and providing that's the moment when the balance of interest tips and when the state can act to prohibit a woman from getting an abortion, based on its interest in protecting fetal life.

THOMAS: So the right, specifically, is abortion.

PRELOGAR: The right of a woman, prior to viability, to control whether to continue with a pregnancy, yes.

THOMAS: Thank you.

Let me repeat those key statements from Pelogar.  “I think it is specifically the right to abortion here, the right of a woman to be able to control without the state forcing her to continue a pregnancy whether to carry that baby to term… The right of a woman, prior to viability, to control whether to continue with a pregnancy.”  Yes Ms. Pelogar, I concur with Justice Thomas.  Thank You Very Much.  You don’t’ believe that the State should protect the weakest among us…that being the preborn child in the mother’s womb.  His or Her Right to Life, as stated in the Constitution, but stolen by harlots and whores who called themselves Women Rebels and their Marxist Anarchist allies who were more interested in sexual pleasure but not being forced to become Mothers and Fathers to children that were created in God’s image…but not given a care by coupling couples and then some.  At least some feminists of our day admit it’s about sexual pleasure and never have the worry about baring a child.  The former NARAL Pro Choice President Ilyse Hogue and millennial feminist Jill Filipovic (who eventually took down her admission off Twitter) both admited to this.

While I am no fan of Justice John Roberts, he does point out how extreme abortion laws in America are compared to the rest of the world.

“If you think that the issue is one of choice … viability, it seems to me, doesn’t have anything to do with choice. If it really is an issue about choice, why is 15 weeks not enough time?” he asked attorney Julie Rikelman who represents the Mississippi abortion facility Jackson Women’s Health Organization, according to the Independent.”

Then citing research from the Charlotte Lozier Institute, Roberts then pointed out that the United States along with China and North Korea are just a handful a nations’ that allow abortion up until the moment of birth.  Most nations do not allow for abortion on demand as wanted by women rebels and their Marxist Maoist Statist allies.

Justice Amy Coney Barrett, who the left feels took the chair that they felt belonged to Garland, actually questioned the notion that women needed abortion in order to succeed in the game of life.  Quoting Justice Barrett;

… in all 50 states, you can terminate parental rights by relinquishing a child after birth.  Why don’t you address the safe haven laws and why don’t they matter?

Justice Barrett makes a great point here.  However, it’s a moot point if Roe v. Wade and then some is upheld.  What will be Justice Barrett’s final answer?

The swing vote however seems to be Justice Brett Kavanaugh, who warns that Roe maybe precedent, but Roe v. Wade can indeed be overturned.  Justice Kavanaugh also warns us;

You can’t accommodate both interests. You have to pick. That’s the fundamental problem. And one interest has to prevail over the other at any given point in time. And that’s why this is so challenging.

We can hope and pray that he would do what is right.

Meanwhile the well known leftists on the courts are worried about SCOTUS becoming a political institution?  Nice try, but we believe that it is a super legislator and the progressives especially when the FFRF radicals and their supporters and allies support court packing for one reason and one reason alone.  Making sure that their agenda of abortion, population control, the LGBTQ+ movement, the continued decriminalization of sexual perversion, and the abolishment of gender continues to be moved forward by the courts.  Nothing more and nothing less…and these are all connected and desired by the Woman Rebels.

You want Breyer to retire?  Ha, not even Sonia Sotomayor could make a stable argument clamming Fetal Pain is not proof that the preborn are human.  Then using reactions of people that are brain dead as a reason to justify her stance.

Why has the preborn baby along with newborns been the target of ghouls past and present?  My answer would be this.  The newborn baby represents the perfect creation in God’s image or something close to it.  Yes, the baby is born into sin, but as yet to understand it and honestly challenge it.  Murdering babies has been a way to hurt God…bottom line…but he can take it…and eventually he will have the final say.

Children are also called are a heritage from the Lord (Psalm 127) and Jesus Christ warns the adults to let the children to come to him and not to hinder them (Matthew 19:14).  Jesus also warns the adults that if they cause the children to sin and/or lose faith in him, that it would be better for the very infidels that caused to children to stumble to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea.  Long before we discovered cement shoes or concreate galoshes.

I am not holding my breath that SCOTUS will do the right thing.  They have let us down before and I expect them to do it again.  I just don’t trust the courts…nobody should really…heck the FFRF crowd does not.  The FFRF, AU, Women Rebels, Leftist Progressive types want a world in which Judeo-Christianity is outlawed or at least limited and everyone becomes a functional humanist making the former worldview useless, meaningless and lacking power as we embrace a brave new world of sexual liberation (and perversion), the acceptance of eugenics (including not just the murder of the unborn and unfit) and more likely than not an embolden centralized state that is God Like and as with Nikita Khrushchev, is poised on taking out and burring God, while they hope to be justified in committing and living in sin and getting away with it.

Do you want to prevent a world that is envisioned in the likes of Nineteen Eight Four, Examination Day, What Happened to Monday? just to name a few titles?  Worlds in which we would murder our children for any reason or no reason at all; regardless if they are five, 12, or 16 years of age?  Then we as a people need to cry out to God for his mercy, repent of our sin, and ask for God’s forgiveness.  We then must put ourselves under the submission of the Law of God and common scenes rules that hold a society together.  We must allow for honest and holy faith to prosper in the macro culture, and preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ…who cares if his enemies are offended.  We have accommodated the God haters long enough (especially the Woman Rebels led by the likes of Jeremy Bentham, Madame Restell, Ida Craddock, and Margaret Sanger…and Sanger being the only woman listed to escape justice on Earth) and where did that take us?  Making America into an emerging stack of shhhhShaving Cream…just like the Benny Bell song which mean something else that smells and then some.

P.S. If women every lose their liberty, its because they choose to use that very liberty to commit evil.  Abortion is among the great evils they have commited time and again.
