Criminal Illegal Immigrant Allegedly Rapes, Brutalizes 9-year-old in ‘Sanctuary City’

“Once again, public safety of citizens takes a backseat to politically-correct, social-engineering schemes by feckless politicians,” said former police detective Iris Aquino. “That poor child will carry the emotional scars of rape for the rest of her life.”
An Ecuadorian criminal alien, who was released last year when Baltimore, Md., became a sanctuary city, was arrested by federal agents for the violent rape of a 9-year-old girl, according to a Judicial Watch report released on Monday.

While the rape occurred in the city of Baltimore, the suspect, Henry Estrella-Cordova, was nabbed by officers from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) and not members of the Baltimore Police Department, said the public-interest group that investigates government corruption and abuse.
