His Appeal Will Be Denied.
A man was recently killed; the city rallied around him – the victim. The perpetrator was vilified. The news and social media went after the killer with all the venom it could muster.
No way could the case be held in the city or county where the incident took place. Everyone knew too much. At work. At home. Everywhere. So the trial was moved across the state.
This wasn’t the Floyd Case. The judge denied Derek’s appeal to move the trial.
Innocent Until Proven Guilty: The sixth amendment gives us this right.
But not concerning Derek Chauvin.
He had no chance: The trial was done before it was started.
His Appeal Will Be Denied.
BLM used Floyd's death to loot, burn, steal and destroy to the amount of $2 Billion in the Minneapolis Metro Area.

$27 million settlement with the Floyd Family was announced by the city of Minneapolis prior to the trial.
His Appeal Will Be Denied.
Every politician: From the President to Congress members to state and local officials announced quite publicly Derek was guilty before the trial even began.
And, of course, the optic of Derek’s knee is all the Mainstream Media, the Liberal’s Propaganda arm, really needed.
The Media NEVER explained anything further:
The popping of pills witnessed at the scene.
Floyd immediately saying he couldn’t breathe and was claustrophobic.
George “acting as dead weight” so he couldn’t be put in the cop car.
The two ambulance calls – one within three minutes.
Rushed via ambulance, months prior, Floyd suffered a near fatal overdose.
Autopsy analysis by multiple doctors revealed no bruising on the neck.
But Floyd did have THREE Times the lethal dose of Fentanyl in him.
